Return & Refund Policy

At Aramas, we believe in a transparent and hassle-free Return Policy for all products purchased from our website/app.

Each product is crafted with a lot of love and care, to spread goodness of love and care!

However, if you ever feel the need to replace a product, due to the following reasons, please feel free to reach out to us, if:

 Incorrect product is received- Do not forget to make a video before opening the dispatched order.
 Product is damaged, tampered with, or leaking on arrival (with proof).
- Item(s) is(are) missing from the order (with proof).
- Issues with quality or quantity. (with proof).

In any of the above cases, we urge you to get in touch within 2 days of receiving your order. We're here to assist you & your satisfaction truly matters!

“Go to Orders page, click on your order and click Raise Return Request”.
Once we verify the images/details, we will accept your return request and will send you a replacement for the same.

Aramas Customer Care Team will address the query within 24 hours.

Please note that we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following circumstances:

a) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
b) If the product is used or altered by the user.
c) If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including, price tags, labels.

 

REFUNDS

You can receive a refund only in case of a cancellation. Once the cancellation request has been accepted, the money will be refunded within 7 business days.
Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Your order can be cancelled if it hasn’t been accepted by us yet. To cancel your order, “Go to Orders page, click on your order and click Cancel Order.
You can also mail us at aramasbodyessentials@gmail.com or you can WhatsApp us by clicking on the icon at the top of the page within 24-hours if the order has been accepted and you are unable to cancel your order from “Orders Page”.

In case your order is prepaid, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.

Note: The order cannot be cancelled once it’s dispatched. However, you can deny the Aramas order once it reaches your doorstep. Once we receive the order, the refund for pre-paid orders will be initiated.
